1. Dial the relevant access number for the country you would like to dial.
2. At the welcome message (or during it), simply dial the international telephone number that you are trying to connect to. Be sure to dial the full international number including 00 prefix and country code.
3. Thats it! You can now talk away with peace of mind that your connected at a much cheaper rate.

Remember if calling from a mobile phone you only press the call or send button after dialing the access number but not again after dialing the destination number. It will automatically connect for you. If it is engaged or you can’t get a connection first time remember to redial the access number followed by the destination number.
